Sport Bet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & Player Agreement

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the sport bet platform — including registering an account, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or depositing funds — you enter into a legally binding agreement with sport bet and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the sport bet platform. Continued use after reading constitutes unconditional acceptance. These terms apply to all devices and access methods, including mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any application made available by sport bet in future.

These terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with sport bet. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless the specific policy document states otherwise.

To register and use a sport bet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Sport bet does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be the individual whose details you provide during registration. You may not register on behalf of another person or use another person's identity, payment method, or personal information.
• You may hold only one active sport bet account. If you believe you have accidentally created duplicate accounts, contact support immediately to have one closed.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gambling.
• All information you provide during registration — name, date of birth, contact number, email address — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Sport bet reserves the right to verify your identity at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued document. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may have withdrawals held pending resolution.

Your sport bet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — username and password — and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sport bet support immediately. Sport bet will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon notification but cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to that notification.

Sport bet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available as an optional security setting. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive an additional verification step on login that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords such as your name, phone number, or date of birth.
• Do not access sport bet from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Update your password immediately if you believe it has been compromised.
• Never respond to unsolicited messages claiming to be from sport bet that ask for your password — sport bet will never request your password via chat, email, or phone.

Sport bet accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Sport bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be refunded to the source and the associated betting account may be suspended pending investigation.

Sport bet does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are the responsibility of the depositing player and are outside sport bet's control. Deposit transactions are processed by secure, encrypted payment gateways and sport bet does not store raw card or wallet credentials on its servers.

Withdrawal requests at sport bet are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible. Sport bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed KYC verification.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

Sport bet does not place unreasonable restrictions on withdrawals from verified accounts. However, withdrawal requests may be delayed if: (a) your account is under investigation for suspicious activity; (b) verification documents have been requested but not yet received; (c) bonus wagering requirements on your account have not been completed; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers mandatory AML checks under applicable regulations.

Sport bet reserves the right to apply a maximum daily withdrawal limit on unverified accounts. Fully verified accounts are not subject to a daily withdrawal cap beyond what the relevant payment network imposes.

Sport bet offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiple for each promotion is stated at the time of opt-in. The standard welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement.
• Eligible games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at 10%–20% of each bet towards wagering, while slots contribute at 100%. Crash games and sports bets contribute at a rate specified per promotion. Games that contribute 0% to wagering are identified in the promotion's terms.
• Time limits. Every bonus at sport bet has an expiry period — typically 7 to 30 days — within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonuses that expire before completion are forfeited along with any associated balance that has not been converted to real-money winnings.
• One bonus at a time. Sport bet does not permit stacking of multiple active bonuses. A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active on your account unless the promotion terms explicitly allow it.
• Maximum bet rule. While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet allowed is Rs 2,000 or 10% of the remaining bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at sport bet's discretion.

Sport bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered contact details on their accounts.

All betting and gaming activity at sport bet is subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface or help section.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity at sport bet:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Sport bet does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described below.
• In the event of a technical error that causes a game to malfunction or produce an outcome that is clearly inconsistent with normal operation, sport bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. This applies regardless of whether the technical error apparently favoured the player or the house.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds or multipliers are published at rates that are clearly incorrect due to human or system error — may be corrected and associated bets voided. Sport bet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
• For live betting markets, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — even if the platform has not yet updated to reflect the conclusion — are void and stakes will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

Sport bet sources all casino games from licensed providers whose random number generators are independently certified. The platform has no ability to influence game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are derived from provider certification data and reflect long-run statistical return, not guaranteed returns on any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sport bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one sport bet account, whether under your own identity or another person's.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human method to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker, multiplayer games, or any peer-to-peer betting format.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using sport bet to process funds from illegal sources. Sport bet is obligated to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions, either on your own account or by using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or attempting to sell, transfer, or gift your account balance to another party.

Sport bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if the account is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion, sport bet may freeze account funds pending investigation. This freeze may remain in place for up to 90 days while the investigation is conducted. If the investigation concludes with no wrongdoing found, the account will be reinstated and funds released in full.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sport bet support. Voluntarily closed accounts with a positive balance will receive a final withdrawal of all available real-money funds within 5 business days of the closure request, provided no outstanding bonus wagering obligations exist on the account.

Sport bet will not close an account without notice except in cases where immediate closure is necessary to protect the platform or other players from ongoing harm. In all other circumstances, sport bet will inform the player of the reason for closure and allow a reasonable opportunity to respond before finalising the decision.

All content on the sport bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and any other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of sport bet or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes.

You must not: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any sport bet content without prior written permission. Screen recording, streaming, or redistributing gameplay from the sport bet platform is permitted for personal, non-commercial use only and must not misrepresent the platform or its games.

Game content on sport bet is owned by the respective game providers (Evolution, Pragmatic Play, JILI, etc.) and is subject to their own intellectual property rights. Sport bet operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Sport bet's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the following:

• In the event of a confirmed technical error that directly caused you to receive a losing outcome on a bet, sport bet's maximum liability is limited to refunding the stake of the affected bet.
• Sport bet is not liable for losses arising from your inability to access the platform due to internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network problems outside sport bet's control.
• Sport bet is not liable for losses arising from your use of an incorrect payment account or your failure to follow the correct deposit or withdrawal procedure.
• Sport bet does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Sport bet will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits sport bet's liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Sport bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

The key data protection commitments sport bet makes to all Pakistani players include:

• Your personal data is used only to operate and manage your account, process transactions, verify identity, and provide customer support.
• Sport bet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• All data is stored using industry-standard encryption. Payment credentials are handled through tokenised connections and are not stored in retrievable form on sport bet's servers.
